Order Issues
Occasionally accidents happen. If the wrong products have arrived in your order, please reach out to us at orders@suretogether.com with your order number within 30 days of receipt and we'll make sure the right products are on their way to your doorstep ASAP.
Damaged Items
If a product arrives broken or damaged, please send us a photo along with your order number to orders@suretogether.com and we will be happy to send a replacement. A photo is required so we can file an insurance claim.
Returns/Refunds/Exchanges
Due to the hand-crafted and small-batch nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used products. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of the original order date. Please email orders@suretogether.com for return instructions or use our new self-serve returns.
